Independent test results have shown that the new DURA-SHIELD A+ has 30% better abrasion resistance than the products currently in the market, making it the MOST ABRASION RESISTANT RUBBER AVAILABLE. Furthermore, the users who performed field trials using the new product were overwhelmingly impressed with the results.
Formulated to successfully perform under the most severe conditions possible, DURA-SHIELD A+ represents the ideal preference in the mining, cement, concrete and aggregate sectors, in applications where extreme abrasion resistance is critical: linings (chutes, hoppers, cyclones, pipes, elbows), skirting, pulley lagging, scrapers, shaker screens, pads, sleeves and sand blasting curtains. North American manufactured and inventoried at BC Rubber, the new DURA-SHIELD A+ is available in 40 durometer orange in an array of specs to cover various application requirements. The special bonding layer eliminates the need for buffing, while the double sided bonding layer version can be plied to make additional gauges.
